      The prayer space will serve the growing Muslim
      community in the southern part of the downtown
      core and relieve the congestion at Masjid Toronto,
      especially for Juma’ah prayers.


      Cost of Property: $809,000

        Payment Schedule:
        • $50,000 paid August 8, 2011
        • $359,000 due on scheduled closing date, April 30, 2012
        • $100,000 due annually on January 1, 2012 ‐ 2015


        Cost of Renovations: $150,000
